• 参数说明

  参数名	参数类型	是否必填	默认值	参数描述
  params	Object	是	无	接口请求参数
  params.isOutgoing	Boolean	是	无	true：设置发送短信, false：设置接收短信
  params.dateType	Integer	是	无	1：天 2：周 3：月
  params.limitNumber	Integer	是	无	设置的短信发送/接收最大限制量
  success	Function	否	无	执行成功的函数
  fail	Function	否	无	执行失败的函数
  complete	Function	否	无	执行完成的函数，不管成功还是失败都会执行
